Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the details you give us when you ask for an estimate, call or text us. In short: we use them to get your job looked at, we share them with the concreter who'll call you, and we never sell them.

Who we are

Beveridge Driveways (ABN 84 692 341 287) connects homeowners in Beveridge and across Mitchell Shire with qualified local concrete contractors, who quote and carry out the work. You can reach us about privacy at info@beveridgedriveways.com.au.

What we collect

• When you request an estimate: your name, phone number, suburb and anything you tell us about the job.
• When you call 03 4421 6963: your phone number, when you called and, if you leave one, your voicemail (the recording and a written transcript).
• When you text us: your number and your messages.
• A record of the texts and emails we send about your enquiry.

How we use it

• To pass your enquiry to one of our partner concreters so they can call you, talk the job through and quote.
• To text you about your enquiry: a confirmation that we've got it, a check a day or so later that someone has been in touch, and after the job a request for feedback.
• To follow up if nobody has called you back, so no enquiry gets missed.

We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Our partner concreter. If they can't get to your job, we may pass it to another partner concreter. They use your details to contact you and quote.
• The services that run this website and our messages: Netlify (the website and form), Google (our enquiry records), Mailgun (email) and our phone and text message providers. Some of them store data outside Australia.

Texts from us

Every text we send says it's from Beveridge Driveways, and we only text between 8am and 8pm. Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and keep proper business records. After that, we delete it.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your details

Email info@beveridgedriveways.com.au and we'll tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, tell us first and we'll sort it out. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
